JHL announce that the 2017 “Fatty Acids and Lipids – Chemistry, Biology and Analysis Course”, will take place 23rd – 24th February 2017, at The James Hutton Institute, Dundee, Scotland. The course of lectures will be given by Professor Bill Christie, Dr Charlie Scrimgeour, Professor Terry Smith and Mr Peter Clough, and is designed especially for those working with lipids (fats and oils) in the food, oleochemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in academia.
